On August 7th and 8th, CaRE2’s Community Outreach Core partnered with the Florida Community Health Worker Coalition to host the 15th Annual Community Health Worker Summit in Orlando, FL. Attendees participated in cancer advocacy trainings focused on cancer health disparities and research. The summit also featured workshops on Parkinson’s disease, community health leadership, and the evolving landscape of community health work.
